Do Pool Services Clean Pools in Condos?

Talent Pool Cleaning services the private pool of a home inside a condominium, and does not service the shared community pool of a condominium. If the pool belongs to your house and only your household uses it, it is covered, whatever the gate at the entrance says.

Which pool is yours and which one is the building's

A private pool is the one attached to a home: it belongs to that address, and the people who swim in it are the people who live there. A shared community pool belongs to the association and serves every unit, which is why it is usually by the clubhouse and not behind anybody's house.

That is the whole line. A community with a gate, a guard and a list of rules can still have twenty private pools behind twenty houses, and each of those is a pool we service.

Why the distinction exists at all

A community pool is a different job, with a different owner and a different set of obligations, and we say so rather than letting someone assume. Being clear about what is not covered is cheaper for everyone than finding out on the day of the first visit.

What changes inside a condominium

The weekly visit inside a condominium is exactly the same visit as anywhere else, item for item: the water chemistry is tested and corrected, the walls and steps are brushed, the floor is vacuumed, the leaves are netted off the surface, both baskets are emptied, the filter pressure, the pump and the water level are checked, and the edge tile including the waterline is cleaned. The filter itself is washed once a month, not every week. You get a photo after each visit.

What can change is access. If the technician needs a code, a gate opener or a name at the guardhouse, that is worth saying when you ask for the estimate, so the first visit does not turn into a phone call from the entrance.

The full item by item list is on the weekly pool cleaning page.

Getting an estimate for a pool inside a condominium

An estimate request is answered on the same day. Pools are serviced Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm, and the office answers Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, with Sunday closed.

Request a free estimate and tell us it is inside a community, so the access question is settled before the first visit, whether you are in Boca Raton, Parkland or anywhere else across Broward County.
