Every weekly visit covers the water chemistry, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, netting the surface, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, cleaning the edge tile including the waterline, and checking the filter pressure, the pump and the water level. The filter itself is washed once a month, not weekly.
A weekly visit typically runs US$ 25 to 50, which comes to about US$ 100 to 200 a month. That is a typical range and not a closed price: the size and the condition of the pool decide it, and the estimate is free.
No, as long as our technician can access the pool area, you don't need to be home. We take care of everything and let you know if anything needs your attention.
Routine chemicals are part of your regular service. Stabilizer and algaecide are added once a year for a small additional fee.
Extra and emergency visits requested by the customer are charged separately from the weekly service.
The cleaning is guaranteed for one week, as long as all the equipment is working. It does not cover what the team does not control: rain and wind, leaves from the trees, the plants or a gardener nearby, water running in from a gutter or a patio that slopes toward the pool, heavy use such as a party or a dog in the water, sunscreen loading the filter, and a leak that forces the water to be topped up.
